Imagination: Exploring the Landscape,” a new collection of oil paintings by Oregon artist Sue
Favinger Smith, continues through November at High Desert Gallery at the Oxford Hotel, 10 NW Minnesota Street at
Lava.
The opening reception and Sue's new work was very well received during the Bend First Friday Art Gallery Walk last evening. If you missed the artist reception please plan on visiting us! High Desert Gallery in Bend Oregon is open Monday through Saturday 10am to 5pm. Call ahead as some evenings we stay open later to 5:30 or beyond.

About Sue Favinger Smith: Sue Smith began her
award-winning career at the age of 50, earning an art degree from
Oregon State University in 2005. Since then she has focused on oil
painting, exploring the techniques and color used by painters who
inspire her. Sue has participated in national and regional
exhibitions, solo and three-person shows, and is a member of Women
Artists of the West, Oil Painters of America, and the prestigious
National Association of Women Artists, the oldest professional arts
organization for women in the country. Her work is in private
collections across the country.
