Spreading Around Some Holiday Cheer – Don't Miss Out!

High Desert Gallery at the Oxford reminds everyone that the First Annual Holiday Card Charity
Auction is in full swing.

A few weeks ago, professional Central Oregon artists 
- Paul Alan Bennett, Kathy Deggendorfer, Glen Corbet to name a few - volunteered to create small-format,
holiday-themed pieces of original artwork to benefit the local
charity of their choice. High Desert Frameworks! beautifully framed 29 unique Holiday Cards - although they can hardly be described as
that! - and High Desert Gallery is showcasing this beneficial exhibit
in their Oxford Hotel Gallery Space, located at 10 NW Minnesota Avenue at Lava, downtown Bend.

We believe it's more important than ever to make choices this holiday season that benefit more than a single person – something as simple as buying a piece of art
not only makes a lasting gift for someone you love, but provides a
much-needed donation to the non-profit charities serving
our area. The artists have donated their creative energies, and now
we need a little help from our friends – you! We can't do it
without you.

Each piece of art is available
through a buy-it-now price ( recommended – why wait? ) or the
silent auction process that ends on December 31st. We invite you to
visit, to bid often and bid high.  Or better yet, pick the "buy-it-now" price and have it wrapped for under your Christmas Tree.  Regardless, we invite you to come in and share a moment with our gallery staff, enjoy some of those
yummy iced gingerbread cookies and select the perfect, thought-filled gift that
will give far beyond the moment when the wrapping and the ribbons are
torn away.

As always, we value your friendship, your support...and we don't even mind when you take the last gingerbread cookie from the plate. Honest.
